The short version
- Your financial data lives on your device. We do not have an account system, and we do not collect, sell or analyse your data.
- No analytics in the app or on this website. The Android and iPhone apps show one Google ad at the bottom of the screen, which never sees your financial data (see “Ads” below). This website shows no ads.
- Apart from loading this website and the ad in the phone apps, every feature that uses the internet is optional, off by default or opt-in. The “Disable all internet features” switch turns all of them off at once, the ad included.
- If you turn on sync, your data is end-to-end encrypted on your device before upload. We store only ciphertext we cannot read.
- The free AI features (receipt scan and advisor) run on HomiPocket’s own service. It keeps no copy of your photos or summaries.
Data stored on your device
Expenses, incomes, budgets, accounts, goals, debts, family members, categories, receipt photos and settings are stored locally on your phone or browser. When something goes wrong, the app also keeps a short technical problem log on the device (error messages only, no records); it leaves the device only if you choose to save it or email it to us.
Encryption at rest when PIN is on
When you enable the PIN lock, your records, receipt photos and the app’s secrets (your sync code and AI key) are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key protected by your PIN (PBKDF2-SHA256). The PIN itself is never stored, not even as a fingerprint: the app checks it by unlocking your data. Display settings such as language, theme and currency are not encrypted. A numeric PIN mainly protects against someone using your phone or browser: a person who obtains a copy of the app’s stored data could still try every possible PIN on a computer — with a modern graphics card, every 6-digit PIN can be tried within minutes — so also protect your device with its own screen lock, and do not share copies of the app’s data. Binding the key to your device’s secure hardware is planned. There is no recovery if you forget your PIN: you can only erase the data on the device and restore a backup — keep one.
Biometric unlock optional, phone apps
The fingerprint / Face ID prompt is shown by the operating system and your biometric data never reaches the app. When you turn it on (with your PIN), the app creates a random key that your phone keeps in its secure hardware and releases only after a successful fingerprint or face match on that phone; that key opens a second copy of your data key. Your PIN is never stored. Adding a new fingerprint or face, or removing the phone’s screen lock, erases that key on iPhones and on most Android phones (a few Android models do not support this for new fingerprints, and keep the key). Your PIN keeps working, and you can turn biometric unlock on again.
Notifications optional
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No push service or server is involved. When the PIN is on, reminders show no names or amounts.
Phone backups
Your phone’s own backup to your account (Google backup on Android, iCloud on iPhone) and phone-to-phone transfer can include the app’s records, receipt photos, settings and secrets (your sync code and AI key), so they are not lost when you change phones. On Android the app joins the cloud backup only when the phone encrypts it end to end with your screen lock. We never receive these backups, and when the PIN is on the records and secrets inside them stay encrypted. The key for biometric unlock is never included: it stays in the phone’s secure hardware.

| Ads (Android and iPhone apps; not this website) | One banner from Google AdMob at the bottom of the screen. To choose, show and count ads and to prevent fraud, Google’s ads software in the app sends Google your IP address (from which Google estimates an approximate location), information about the device and the app (such as model, system version, language and app version), how ads are shown and tapped, and crash and performance data about the ads. On Android it also sends the phone’s advertising ID, which you can reset or delete in the phone’s settings. The iPhone app does not ask to track you, so Google does not receive the iPhone’s advertising identifier. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google’s consent window asks you first, and ads are personalised only if you agree; you can change your answer at any time (Settings → Ads → Privacy choices for ads). Daily limits. So the free service stays available for everyone, our service counts each network address’s use per day: AI work and new sync copies. The count is kept under a one-way code made from the address, the day and a secret key — never the address itself — and it is deleted when that day ends.
Your AI API key, if you add one, is stored in the encrypted secret store on your device and is sent only to the provider it belongs to.
Bank message import
The app does not read your SMS inbox and requests no SMS permission. If you copy a bank message and paste it into the app, it is parsed entirely on your device and is not stored or sent anywhere.
Permissions
- Camera / photos — only when you attach or scan a receipt.
- Biometrics — only if you enable biometric unlock.
- Notifications — only if you enable reminders.
- Internet — for the optional features above and, in the phone apps, the ad.
Your control
- Export your records as a file at any time (Settings → Backup), with your receipt photos if you wish, and protected with a password if you choose (AES-256-GCM). Without a password, anyone who has the file can read it.
- Delete everything from the device, receipt photos included (Settings → Clear all data).
- Turn off sync and delete the server copy (Settings → Sync → Turn off and delete server copy).
- Withdraw AI consent and disable all internet features, the ad included (Settings → Privacy).
- Change the consent you gave Google for ads, where it asked for one (Settings → Ads → Privacy choices for ads).
Children, changes and contact
HomiPocket is not directed at children under 13. We run no accounts, analytics or profiling of our own; the only data that reaches our servers or Google’s ads is described above. If this policy changes we will update the date above and describe the change in the app’s release notes.

- عند تفعيل المزامنة تُشفَّر بياناتك على جهازك قبل رفعها. لا نخزّن إلا نصاً مشفّراً لا نستطيع قراءته.
- ميزات الذكاء المجانية (مسح الفواتير والمستشار) تعمل على خدمة HomiPocket الخاصة، ولا تحتفظ بنسخة من صورك أو ملخصاتك.
البيانات المخزّنة على جهازك
المصروفات والمداخيل والميزانيات والحسابات والأهداف والديون وأفراد العائلة والفئات وصور الفواتير والإعدادات تُخزَّن محلياً على هاتفك أو متصفحك. وعند حدوث مشكلة يحتفظ التطبيق أيضاً بسجل تقني قصير على الجهاز (رسائل أخطاء فقط، دون أي سجلات مالية)، ولا يغادر الجهاز إلا إذا اخترت حفظه أو إرساله إلينا بالبريد.
التشفير على الجهاز عند تفعيل الرمز
عند تفعيل قفل الرمز تُشفَّر سجلاتك وصور الفواتير وأسرار التطبيق (رمز المزامنة ومفتاح الذكاء الاصطناعي) بخوارزمية AES-256-GCM بمفتاح يحميه رمزك (PBKDF2-SHA256). الرمز نفسه لا يُحفظ أبداً، ولا حتى بصمته: يتحقق منه التطبيق بفتح بياناتك به. إعدادات العرض مثل اللغة والمظهر والعملة غير مشفّرة. الرمز الرقمي يحمي أساساً من استخدام هاتفك أو متصفحك؛ أما من يحصل على نسخة من بيانات التطبيق المخزّنة فيمكنه تجربة كل الرموز الممكنة على حاسوب — وببطاقة رسوميات حديثة يمكن تجربة كل رموز الأرقام الستة خلال دقائق — لذا احمِ جهازك أيضاً بقفل الشاشة الخاص به، ولا تشارك نسخاً من بيانات التطبيق. ربط المفتاح بالعتاد الآمن للجهاز مخطط له. لا توجد وسيلة استرجاع إن نسيت الرمز: يمكنك فقط مسح البيانات على الجهاز واستعادة نسخة احتياطية — فاحتفظ بواحدة.
الفتح بالبصمة اختياري، في تطبيقي الهاتف
نافذة البصمة أو Face ID يعرضها نظام التشغيل، وبيانات بصمتك لا تصل إلى التطبيق أبداً. عند تفعيله (برمزك) ينشئ التطبيق مفتاحاً عشوائياً يحفظه هاتفك في عتاده الآمن ولا يُطلقه إلا بعد تطابق ناجح للبصمة أو الوجه على ذلك الهاتف؛ وهذا المفتاح يفتح نسخة ثانية من مفتاح بياناتك. رمزك لا يُحفظ أبداً. إضافة بصمة أو وجه جديد، أو إزالة قفل شاشة الهاتف، تمحو هذا المفتاح على أجهزة آيفون ومعظم هواتف أندرويد (بعض طرازات أندرويد لا تدعم ذلك عند إضافة بصمة جديدة، فيبقى المفتاح فيها). يبقى رمزك يعمل، ويمكنك تفعيل الفتح بالبصمة من جديد.
الإشعارات اختيارية
التذكيرات تُجدوَل محلياً على جهازك. لا توجد خدمة إشعارات خارجية ولا خادم. وعند تفعيل الرمز لا تعرض التذكيرات أسماء ولا مبالغ.
نسخ الهاتف الاحتياطية
قد تتضمن النسخة الاحتياطية التي يجريها هاتفك إلى حسابك (نسخ Google الاحتياطي في أندرويد وiCloud في آيفون) والنقل المباشر من هاتف إلى آخر سجلاتِ التطبيق وصور الفواتير والإعدادات والأسرار (رمز المزامنة ومفتاح الذكاء الاصطناعي)، حتى لا تضيع عند تغيير الهاتف. في أندرويد لا يدخل التطبيق النسخة السحابية إلا إذا كان الهاتف يشفّرها تشفيراً تاماً بقفل شاشتك. لا تصلنا هذه النسخ أبداً، وعند تفعيل الرمز تبقى السجلات والأسرار داخلها مشفّرة. مفتاح الفتح بالبصمة لا يدخلها أبداً: يبقى في العتاد الآمن للهاتف.

الحدود اليومية. حتى تبقى الخدمة المجانية متاحة للجميع، تَعُدّ خدمتنا استعمال كل عنوان شبكة في اليوم: أعمال الذكاء الاصطناعي ونسخ المزامنة الجديدة. يُحفظ العدّاد تحت رمز لا يمكن عكسه، مصنوع من العنوان واليوم ومفتاح سري، ولا يُحفظ العنوان نفسه أبداً، ويُمحى العدّاد بانتهاء ذلك اليوم.
مفتاح API الخاص بالذكاء الاصطناعي — إن أضفته — يُحفَظ في المخزن السري المشفّر على جهازك ولا يُرسَل إلا للمزوّد الذي يخصّه.
استيراد رسائل البنك
التطبيق لا يقرأ صندوق رسائلك ولا يطلب أي إذن SMS. إذا نسخت رسالة بنكية ولصقتها في التطبيق تُحلَّل بالكامل على جهازك ولا تُخزَّن ولا تُرسَل لأي مكان.
الأذونات
- الكاميرا / الصور — فقط عند إرفاق فاتورة أو مسحها.
- البصمة — فقط إن فعّلت الفتح بالبصمة.
- الإشعارات — فقط إن فعّلت التذكيرات.
- الإنترنت — للميزات الاختيارية أعلاه، وللإعلان في تطبيقي الهاتف.
تحكّمك الكامل
- صدّر سجلاتك كملف في أي وقت (الإعدادات ← النسخ الاحتياطي)، مع صور الفواتير إن شئت، ومحمياً بكلمة مرور إن اخترت (AES-256-GCM). من دون كلمة مرور يستطيع أي شخص لديه الملف قراءته.
- احذف كل شيء من الجهاز، ومنه صور الفواتير (الإعدادات ← حذف كل البيانات).
- أوقف المزامنة واحذف نسخة الخادم (الإعدادات ← المزامنة ← إيقاف وحذف نسخة الخادم).
- اسحب موافقة الذكاء الاصطناعي وعطّل كل ميزات الإنترنت، ومعها الإعلان (الإعدادات ← الخصوصية).
- غيّر الموافقة التي أعطيتها لـGoogle على الإعلانات، حيث طلبتها (الإعدادات ← الإعلانات ← خيارات الخصوصية للإعلانات).
الأطفال والتعديلات والتواصل
HomiPocket غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً. لا نشغّل حسابات ولا أدوات تحليل ولا تتبّعاً من عندنا؛ والبيانات الوحيدة التي تصل إلى خوادمنا أو إلى إعلانات Google موصوفة أعلاه. عند تعديل هذه السياسة سنحدّث التاريخ أعلاه ونوضّح التغيير في ملاحظات الإصدار.
